*Anybody interested in a Naruto RP, feel free to leave it in a comment or note me. I'm a worthy addition to any Naruto room, so dont waste your chance at awesomeness!(Just honesty here :D)

My Naruto OC Sujikame Shindo, as done by :iconmacazoni: And I'm VERY happy with it. He is the Jinchuuriki for the Three-Tailed Turtle(Yes, I know, Konoha? Three-Tails? Wha? Deal with it) And uses what could be considered puppetry. Read his info if you really wanna know the lengths I went for this guy. I'm so happy, anyway, read on! :D

:bulletred:Shindo Clan Dummies:bulletred: He uses a puppet technique unique to his former clan(before he was banished for being a Jinchuuriki). They are his trump cared, and the extent of his true power is usually found after their summoned from the scrolls he carries.
The Shindo clan was made up of of the less then powerful villagers from both Kirigakure and Sunagakure. Not enjoying both their villages style of play, they ran away to Konoha. At first, the Water Country villagers made it, with the Wind Country soon after. They brought both a nack for Water Release(despite physical weakness) and the Puppetry technique. Ofcourse, to better conceal themselves from their former village, they made their own changes to each. This created physically powerful dummies/puppets, that acted faster and on a grander scale, at the sacrifice of the user usually being weak. While they could not use the forbidden Human Puppet technique, they could amplify the puppets strength to fit the users style(usually on a better level then most Sunagakure puppet users) and easily surpassed them in power. While a simple blow could possibly destroy a puppet, the Shindo dummies would only be destroyed by the strongest foe.
To battle even the small weaknesses they had, and to make up for the fact that Human Puppetry was forbidden, they created mechanisms that worked from the user blood. By piercing the hand that fed them so to speak, they could generate water within and create a more human-like set of movements. Along with Water Techniques, these puppets acted faster by being linked to their users closeby, and a Jinchuuriki like Sujikame had no problem at all mastering it, since their main weakness is extreme chakra use.
His actual set of dummies is the most advanced known to Shindo History, however short it may be. Along with the normal chakra pipelines found in all Shindo puppets, the small things on the puppet also act well. Along with hidden senbon in their throats and use of glass allowing light to be generated from their eyes, the male can absorb chakra into his hair creating a spiked weapon, while the female can actually send a white tear-gas from her eyes. A final addition allows either to retract their arms or legs, allowing water generated weapons to replace them, and allow the entire body to be handled as a weapon aswell. Sujikame has also been noted using traditional Chakra Strings, should the situation call for it. See their actual techniques in the Jutsu List.

:bulletblue:Three-Tailed Turtle Influence:bulletblue: When he summons the full strength of the Three-Tails, it summons the body of the Bijuu around him. Unlike the Eight or Nine-Tails, it cant attack with pure chakra(excluding if the foe just barrels into it, in which case it will cause damage) but can generate Water and control it on a level untouched by any Water User. While it allows automatic control of Water, its still weaker then Sujikame in Sage Mode, though only by alittle. This proves that a Jinchuuriki can surpass its Bijuu by simply taking control of its immense chakra. The Bijuu release can take two forms, the basic being the immense true form of the Bijuu. While it has the highest range, and more automatic defenses, its power can destroy a great deal of its surroundings, and can injure Sujikame everytime the two disagree. The second form is a slim, skinny form, with just the Bijuu's great chakra over him, and the three tails. This form allows more control and balance, at the sacrifice of shorter distance.

Ryuuheki(Dragon Burst): Summons a large sphere of water, then shoots it at the foe(s). While traveling through the air, it takes the form of a massive dragon.

Uwachikara(Upward Force): Activated when in danger, a upward burst of water protects.

:bulletorange:Personality:bulletorange: Sujikame is a happy go lucky personality, barely ever showing signs of any negative strain, even in moments when it is most needed. He hates violence, and usually refuses to fight till the very end. Still, his position as Anbu Leader of Konoha is well deserved. He takes the position of Hokage very seriously, and believes all orders he is given to be for a good reason, even if he must kill the target. In the end, he only wants to enjoy life, while keeping peace within his village and protecting all the people he can.

:bulletorange:History:bulletorange: Sujikame was born soon after the Shindo clan was established, and sadly, was chosen by the Hokage to be a Jinchuuriki. It wasn't forced upon him, but the Three-Tails had invaded Konoha territory to soon, and there was only one choice. Even knowing that it was the best choice, the entire village treated him like dirt, and so followed his own clan. He was soon banished to live alone, after his clan(in their last ditch effort of love) perfected his set of dummies.
In the first years of life on his own, he obviously had his troubles. No friends, no family, and hatred from every angle, even with his obvious talent. It would take him all the way till graduation to see any light, with his first friends. His team was an Akimichi and an Illusionist, and he had a great time with them. He even found a rival in one of the top students(after suprising the entire village with his Bijuu's power) It all seemed like Karma was coming through, he was finally blessed with the little he wished for.
After a few years as Gennin, his entire team(and his close rivals) were advanced to Chuunin. Luckily, neither group stayed there for long, becoming Jounin by the age of 20 overall. It seemed like Konoha was about to meet the next Legendary Three Ninja, all until their close rivals matched them in rank soon after. Friendly battle and mixed and matched missions made an entire family for him, and by the time he was praised for his work as a Jounin, he was already a new person.
As his teammates and friends stuck to their path, training with some of the strongest in Konoha, Sujikame decided to stray. While also training with a legend(Naruto Uzamaki, the Hokage himself) he also joined the ANBU squads, due to his gift with overall Genjutsu aswell. Years would pass, and Suji would grow into a man of Konoha. Carrying the Will of Fire, he would become the highest command of all Konoha ANBU, and be called Konoha's Great Wave, the second coming of the Second Hokage. It seemed he had followed in his teachers footsteps, breaking through the hate of being a Jinchuuriki, and being praised along with his piers for fighting and protecting his people. With a new danger on the rise, will Sujikame be targeted, or will he simply be forced to show his true power, in order to write out another chapter in Konoha's history?

*Extras: He is an amazing Cook(formally the only Cooking-nin of Konoha). He wears a more casual uniform compared to most Konoha ninja not only because of his skill, but the fact that no part of him is ever revealed during ANBU missions. He enjoys most things, uncluding dancing, music and everyday conversation. Smiling is his favorite hobby :D *

- Baku Suishouha(Bursting Water Collision Waves)

: A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Sujikame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Sujikame's form of this technique is usually expelled in a more focused 'beam' of Water, that expands quickly.

Type: Defensive/Supplementary(For Three-Tails)
: Water will be created around Sujikame upon sensing danger(or more specifically, when the Three-Tails senses it). Water from his gourd can further add to this, by forming a thin array of fog around him. Unlike Gaara's variant which has a physical form to block damage, this technique is always generated as small orbs of water either grouped together or in one massive shield. Unlike its One-Tail cousin, the Three-Tails can generate multiple shields to block multiple spots. It obviously takes more chakra, but not too much.

- Rasen Gyorai(Spiral Torpedo)

: Suiton: Rasengyorai is the final product of Sujikame's Rasengan training. Although he can also use normal Rasengan, aswell as its larger and normal Water infused versions, the situation usually calls for this technique more often, plus it can always improve.
Rasengyorai acts in a way very similar to Rasenshuriken, but only its perfected form. After creating a Suiton Rasengan as normal, more water is created until the entire initial Rasengan orb is centered inside a medium sized, super condensed sphere of Water. The orb is then shot at high speed, soaring at the foe and creating a meteor of water so to speak.
Upon impact with the foe, the force will blast the surrounding water to the farthest points of the body. Along with blood being rushed to different areas as the problems that faces, the double sided shock of the attack can shatter bones and cause brain damage. Unlike most times, beauty is not seen in Water this time around, since it causes affects similar to a beating to death. While normal use of this technique would cause damage to the user(the force needed to shoot it sends plenty of Water backwards) Sujikame's abilities with Water protect him from such injury.
(*On a side note, Suiton Rasengan simply uses the flow of the Water nature to be a fast projectile form of Rasengan.Sujikame can use this aswell as normal Rasengan.)

- Houmatsu Rappa(Violent Bubble Wave)

: a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Unlike its sister technique used by Water Element summons(such as Pains Crab), this technique simply exhales a large amount of bubbles, which in most cases can cause blunt damage aswell as wash the opponent away. It seems to be a mix of pure water and damaging bubbles.

- Kokuun no Jutsu(Black Clouds Technique)

: A Ninjutsu technique used by the Rain ninja which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from his body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his targets.

: Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows a person and their comrades to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

- Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu(Water Clone Technique)

: Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

: Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

: Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Sujikame's use of this technique is famed along with a few other techniques.

: Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Yahiko will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent. Sometimes confused with Sujikame's form of Bursting Water Collision Waves, difference being it stays in a solid wave, as apposed to growing larger and covering a wide area.

: Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

- Suiryuudan no Jutsu(Water Dragon Projectile Technique)

: A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. - Bunshin no Jutsu(Clone Technique)

: A Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

- Kage Bunshin no Jutsu(Shadow Clone Technique)

: a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. - Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu(Multiple Shadow Clone Technique)

: An advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created.

The clones themself can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clones finally disperse, any new knowledge they have gained is passed back to the original ninja and to any additional clones. This makes Tajuu Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. With the great number of clones in Tajuu Kage Bunshin, the ninja can effectively learn in a few weeks with a hundred clones what would take one ninja numerous years.

: This technique allows the user to expel poision gas from his/her body. This can serve as cover to escape and as an offensive technique against their opponent.

- Shikumi no Jutsu(Death Viewing Technique/Killing Intent)

: A technique used to completely stun an opponent. If the target looks into the eyes of the ninja, their mind is suddenly inflicted with intense visions of their own brutal killing. This results in their body going into shock and being unable to move. If the target can physically injure their own body, the pain can be enough to end the paralysis.

- Chibo-n Dami no Jutsu(Blood Born Dummy Technique)

: Sujikame's style of puppet technique, using the more dummy-like puppets specially made by his former clan. Instead of using chakra strings, he places his hand in the hollow base, through the back of the puppet(s). Within the dummies is a complicated chakra controlled machine or heart, that allows him to control it.
Locking his finger into ports near this heart, these thick variants of chakra strings act faster overall, aswell as pierce the fingers with small senbon pins to generate Water. The palms aswell as the mouth can release said generated water, and the puppets themselves can act as extensions of Sujikame, using hand signs and such. The male can overheat water, while the female can bring it below zero. Their physical ability is also the exact opposite of Sunagakure, rough and able to clash repeatedly. This is because they are created not of wood and steel, but of a unique diamond infused metal. Along with Sujikame's superhuman abilities and being lightweight overall, they are his last resort and the last technique any enemy would want to see. On a side note, the chakra needed to use these dummies is so great, its most likely reserved only for the gifted or Jinchuuriki.

: Chakra is sent into the dummies hair, turning the mohawk into a razor sharp spear-like weapon. The hair can also be extended and become larger.

: Female dummy releases a jet of teargas from either eye(or both). Its a strong smoke, easily on the level of Sungakure's poisons.

- Onihimei no Jutsu(Demon Scream Technique)

: Dummies release a focused jet of senbon from their mouths. Since their limited to only 60 needles, it makes up for it with force, releasing at a very high speed. Even more dangerous when in unison with Gods Eye.

- Kuchiyose no Jutsu(Summoning Technique)

: The basic form of all summoning techniques, this jutsu uses a contract, hand seals, and the user's blood to summon an animal or weapon from another dimension, which usually manifests once the ninja summoner strikes his hand against any surface, after which the specific summon will appear. As an alternative to the normal hand seals, the same contract that appears on the ground during the summoning can be drawn by hand and activated, producing the same result. The type of animal summoned is determined by the contract. The blood is used as a signature to make the contract, which can be written on a scroll or tattoo, valid. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle.

Sujikame's Contracts:

Kaerubunta(Frog King, cousin of Gamabunta. Very similar to his cousin, he wears a light green variant of his clothing, and has smoother, dark green skin and a two small scars on his right eye(opposite eye of Gamabunta's scar) He wields a hammer equal in size to Gamabunta's dagger. Like Gamabunta, he demands respect, but is more obviously kind hearted, breaking into tears after Sujikame's first tearful request at a contract. He uses Water as apposed to Gamabunta's Toad Oil. The kanji of frog is on his uniform. He is the softest of the Frogs.

Kaeruhari(AKA Hari, Warrior of the Frogs, he is a large Frog dressed in a spiked black haori and black in color. He wields a large pair of needles on his back, and seems older then all frogs other then Kaerubunta. He is the most angry of the Frogs, more similar to Gamabunta then any other. )

Kaerusongu(AKA Songu, Holy sage of the 'Frog Church', he is a monk-like frog in a white haori, with multiple small gourds in a necklace around his neck and yellow skin. He also has two larger gourds on his hips, which hold what he called 'healing nectar'. He is a silent, and sometimes cold Frog.)

Yuyu(Only son of Kaerubunta, and oldest son of the so-called 'Young One Trio'. He is somewhat of a mini version of his Father, only lighter color and a thin build compared to most young Frogs/Toads.)

Zuzu(Only daughter of Kaeruhari, and youngest of the 'Young One Trio'. She is an openly angry female, although very respectful of her elders and Suji. She is similar to her Father, but a grey instead of black. She also has light blue lipstick on, in an effort to impress Suji)

Booboo(Only son of Kaerusongu, and the middle child of the 'Young One Trio'. He is a bright yellow Frog with shorts on more then the usual outfit. He angers his Father with his fashion sense, and could only be forced to wear white tribal paint on his face, creating a third eye on his forehead.)

- Kokowazuhou(Great Frog Cannon)

: By connecting with any summoned Frog and releasing chakra at the right moment, the Frog can spit a great blast of water. For Kaerubunta, it is a single grand pump of water, for Kaeruhari, it is a thin beam shot through his tongue and finally, for Kaerusongu its a shorter length but wider range whirpool.

: Unlike Jiraiya or Naruto's Sage Mode, Sujikame's is generated by Frogs. Sujikame is covered in a thick film, similar to saliva. After the substance leaves his body, a new tear forms under his other eye, and his eyes take a similar line form to past Sages. Unlike Toad Sage Mode, the user does not gain as much of an upgrade, but can heal upon contact with water. It also has no need for combination with Frog Sages of the Frog race, since its overall growth is slightly weaker. He can also summon the 'Young One Trio' for lightning fast battle. It really just upgrades Sujikame and allows faster use of Water(Since unlike Toads who are all mixed up and unique, all Frog summons and sage influence has to do with Water) Its unknown if this is simply because of Sujikame's mastery over his Bijuu, or if this Sage Mode is always weaker then those tought by the Toad Sages.

: Genjutsu technique which transforms the user into any person he/she has met and physically touched. If more then one person share the same memory of a specific person, other people can also be hidden under the illusion. It is a hidden technique of Konoha's Anbu Squads. Sujikame is well known for his ability with this technique.

: A Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, the user will appear from the tree itself and stab their target with a kunai.

: Limited to use by Jinchuuriki, and created by Sujikame, this illusion send out a short limited burst of their Bijuu's chakra, sending the opponent into a quick a powerful illusion. The user will then explode/vanish, revealing the form of their Bijuu, defeating the foe with the beasts superior Killing Intent and sending the opponent into shock or spasm. Only those prepared to witness the Bijuu's form can repel this illusion, causing even stronger foes to either overpower it or force themselves out.

Myakubunshou(Pulse Dividing Palm)

: Taijutsu form unique to Sujikame(and possibly Suiton Masters). Using his Bijuu enhanced Water control, Sujikame strikes at the foes body with his hands wide spread. Upon contact, the water in the blood near the area of impact will be pushed out(depending on the force of the blow) causing dehydration.Repeated blows can cause spasm aswell as mental damage, especially when blows hit closeby to the head or any other vital area. Further, attack to vital areas can also cause the blood helping that specific body part to fail, or be wiped from the area completely, shutting it down. The most devastating ability is the delusional state induced by attacks.

- Onikirishou(Demon Mist Palm)

: Similar to the Hyuuga Air Palm technique, and unique to Sujikame, this thrust of the open hand sends a forceful wave of thin mist/water at the foe. When powerful, it can throw an opponent across a field. When weak, it can simply knock away an attack for retreat or a counter-attack.
